Massive Theatre Company and Auckland Philharmonia re-unite to weave four mythical stories on the Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre stage for thousands of young tamariki.

The full orchestra and Massive’s creatives and performers bring to life Witi Ihimaera and Peter Scholes’ work Symphonic Legends.

In the words of director Wesley Dowdell: “Mashing up the super-talented, well-oiled machine that is Auckland Phil with an equally talented ensemble physical theatre company is wild! How do these two fit together? It is unlike anything else. How lucky are we!” bring the exhilaration of live music and live theatre together for young tamariki.
